The Northwest is rain and Southwest is sun

For years I lived in Oregon and Washington....I love the green and lots of plant life. My health brought me back to Arizona where I was born. Now that I am older....sun and warmer days play well with my health and soul. I think of it as coming home. Haven't figured out why yet....but I am working on that.
I am in Washington putting our Vancouver home up for sale. It is somewhat sad....I have great memories with family and friends.

Aquarius has new clothes and shinny things.

I am so anxious to be Aquarius picture up. I designed her and the clothes she is wearing. I was a long process. I have learned a new respect for those who have done this for years. The pattern making was a lot of trial and error. It was not even close to designing a wedding gown. Smaller is a bit tricky. She will be out of her box by the end of the week or sooner.

Life is good

Finally figured out how to post and get the pictures on my blog. It is not easy being tech challenged, but I will not give up.That is one thing about spirit...It will never quit on something that I'm meant to learn! It may take awhile and lots of (WORDS NOT TO BE TYPED) but in the end if there is a way the path is before me.

Aquarius is getting her clothes today

I am so excited about the direction my new doll "Aquarius" is taking. It has been a long road she and I have traveled. Aquarius beginnings were in Vancouver, Washington. Her insides resulted in a stop in Phoenix, Arizona. Now her complete essence will become finished in my new studio in Cave Creek, Arizona. Aquarius will make her début in Albuquerque, NM in May at the Creations In Fiber, Inc. conference.

New state, new home, new studio and soon new website.

This past year was a whirl wind. We moved from Vancouver Washington to my place of birth Phoenix Arizona. I feel like I am home now. At the young age of 60 my life is just getting started. I have a new home, new studio and for the first time in years a new outlook on life. My creative juices are starting to flow again. I feel like I am in the "Element" zone. I cannot wait to see were this year leads me.
